The META Center is located in Mezzovico just a few minutes by car from the Lugano Nord and Rivera motorway exits.
1) We rent an OFFICE of 184 m2 on the 2nd floor, composed as follows:
Open space operating area of 90 m2 furnished with a 220 x 100 cm desk with its chest of drawers, a boomerang-shaped table for four workstations, a round meeting table for six people, two large bookcases/shelves;
A second office space of 60 square meters which can be used for management or also ideal as a meeting room, currently furnished with two desks and two bookcases/shelves
An anteroom with two bathrooms.
Rent: CHF 2’000.- (VAT excluded) + CHF 300.- per month for expenses advances (VAT excluded) with adjustment at the end of the year.
External parking spaces at CHF 80.- per month each (VAT excl.)

2) We rent an OFFICE of 200 m2 on the 1st floor, composed as follows:
Two workspaces furnished with desks, seats, shelving, meeting table, in the surface there is a small deposit that can be used as an archive and another larger space of 13 m2 to be used as an archive or for a meeting room, in the commercial space it is there is also a toilet with two bathrooms.
Rent: CHF 2’150.- per month (excluding VAT) + CHF 300.- on account of expenses (excluding VAT) with balance at the end of the year.
External parking spaces at CHF 80.- per month each (VAT excl.).

3) We rent 100 m2 office furnished with desks, shelving, seating.
Rent: CHF 1320/per month (excluding VAT) + CHF 220/per advance payment of expenses (excluding VAT) with balance at the end of the year.
